I take you on a journey into peace and movement, which yoga brings me. 🧘♂🧘♀🪷Yoga has been a common thread in my life for over 10 years. I did my yoga teacher training in India, where I particularly enjoyed the philosophy classes. I studied philosophy, so being in faraway India felt a bit like coming home.
Vinyasa yoga
Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic style of yoga in which postures flow smoothly into one another to the rhythm of the breath. Each movement is accompanied by an inhalation or exhalation. It is an energetic form of yoga that promotes strength, flexibility and focus, and helps to connect body and mind.
Hatha yoga
Hatha Yoga is a classic form of yoga that combines physical postures, breathing exercises and relaxation to bring balance between body and mind. It is an accessible style of yoga that focuses on conscious movement, breathing and inner peace. Ideal for both beginners and advanced practitioners.
