Together, we’ll work on boosting your immunity and resilience so you can move strongly and confidently through the winter season. We’ll follow a path of daily meditation, breathwork, and yoga to give you powerful tools for stress and emotional regulation.
We will safely prepare for an Ice bath, designed to cultivate a strong mindset, enhance mental well‑being, and increase resistance to stress.
You will also receive a Muay Thai initiation to build strength and self‑confidence.
The fusion of Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga will provide flow, calm, and deep restoration.
You’ll enjoy healthy daily meals that support your immune system, and you’ll stay immersed in nature at a location where you can fully relax.
